You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Custom Orders
Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or we have made an error with your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
